Diablo Shift points

I have a diablo 2 tuner and i want to know where i should set my shift speeds for the track. i have the SLP performance pac on my car and want to know where i'll gain the most time out of my shifts or if i should leave them alone.

The rpm shift speed is what your car uses when in WOT and mph shift speed your car uses under normal throttle. I left my mph shift speeds alone and set my rpm shift speed at 6k through all gears. That way I still get decent gas mileage when I am just cruising.
