99 Camaro Ls1 Trans. Issue

Hello Everyone,
This Is My First Post Due To Just Joining The Forum.
Anyways,
I Have A 99 Camaro Z28 On The Bottle And I Am Having Some Shifting Issues. The Car Runs Through The Gears Just Fine All Motor But When Using The Nitrous It Will Not Shift Out Of 2nd Gear? It Runs All The Way Up To The Limiter. Any Suggestions? Trans, Converter, Tuning?

yes, it is on a wide open throttle switch
