Is it recommended to change the maf if headers and full exhaust with cats are installed?? if so.. will an aftermarket maf throw the ses light??

no need to change, the factory will work perfectly fine with full exhaust.

x2, using SLP 85mm cause it came with the car. aftermarket ones are very goofy :thinkin:
Stick with stock.
