have 00 ws6 a4, what will give me more power a magnaflow cb, or a cut out? Only mod so far is a lid. thanks

Do both.
You should be able to have the cat-back and cut-outs.
The cut out will give you more power but will be REAL loud. Then you flick the switch and the cutouts close and your exhaust will go though the magnaflow muffler.
