Best built motor to buy

Im trying to find an ls1 built motor to buy since I need a new block and was wondering which one would be best with a procharger. I looked at slp's motors and was considering the zl's seeing as they arent too expensive whats the take on those.

SLP is the last of ANY of them I would buy.

My 402 is a TSP motor.
