HELP I have no boost

I just in stalled my sts kit. It is a T-67 and I have added an obx fmic. My problem is that I am only seein like 4 lbs of boost on my gauge and i know thw gauge is some what right cause on the dyno you can see the car pullin like a monster and then at about 4500 rpms the boost drops to 3 lbs. I put a tee in series with the wastegate to watch my pressure back at the turbo and it is showing 9 lbs which is what I am wanting. Anyone have any ideas?:dunno:

If you are making 9psi near the turbo, you should be 9psi at the manifold when the throttle is open. I don't follow how you are checking the pressure at the turbo. What did the dyno pull look like?
