Paint transfer

I have a blue smudge from paint transfer on my front bumper from where someone hit my car with a blue broom (same color as the smudge, and it was laying right in frond of the car). Is there anything to get that off of there?

Take a rubbing compound and a lint free rag and it will take it off. Then put wax the car real good. Make sure the car is clean when you start rubbing on it.
