today when I went on to the freeway, I got a SES light. I scanned it as P0751 Shift solenoid A; CKT Performanceor Stuck off. can someone translate this into ENGLISH.

Have you installed a TC recently? I have read aftermarket convertors will throw this code and therefore some shut it off. Thats all I know about it though.

do you have 1-2 shift issues? basically, it's telling you the 1-2 shift solenoid is stuck in the off postion. this would normally mean it's starting off in 2nd gear. higher stall converters can sometimes throw a shift code. usually they throw a trans excessive slippage code.
