Top RPM speeds?

Just wondering what speeds at what rpm you guys are getting. I have a basicly stock 2000 WS6. At 5500 RPM in 3rd gear I get about 80 mph. At 5500 RPM in 4th gear Im at 110 mph. Does this sound right or slow? From what Ive read on various web sights you should be able to get 123 mph in 4th gear. I know I wasnt red lining which I dont like to do anyway. Would just like to hear your oppinions. Only mods are KnN filter and Borla exaust.

my 01 ws6 m6 gets to right at 100 mph in third gear but, that is at redline. mine is also stock except for filter.

1st to 40
2nd to 65
3rd to 95
4th to 120

Depends on gear ratio.

Tranny and rear are still stock as far as I know. Should be a 3.42 rear. Also its an M6 car.

Stock gears....M6 Trans Am WS.6....105 MPH bouncing off the rev limiter in 3rd.

Hope I dont sound too ignorant on this one but.....do these cars come stock with a rev limiter? Or is that something Id need to buy? I just dont wanna hurt the engine doing something stupid. Sounds about right. Never watched it or figured it out exactly, but it 'seems' right.
