i just purrchased a centerforce clutch kit and they are recomending to change the slave clylinder to an upgrade .did anyone hear of this or are they just looking to get you to spend more$$$$ also the smaller ring that slides with the weights is not connected to make a circle is this o.k ?

yea i did the centerforce and you really should replace that.! and make sure you read the install guide other wise you will be pulling that tranny again. this clutch is the greatest nice grab but not to hard and pretty much stock pedal pressure. what clutch disc you running?

i got the dual friction disc , what slave did you get for yours ?

you want the part number? i belive it is a vetteslave but we all run the same transmissions so no problom there. part number is 12570277
