I recently installed some QTP longtube headers and ORY and some 3.73 gears. I was wondering what kind of tune would be best to correct shift points, along with the speedo and anything else that could be effected by these mods and where I could get it. Any help would be great, thanks. Matt

headers will make the engine run lean, causing the PCM to dump extra fuel resulting in a rich condition. So you need to get the A/F tuned. Also if you changes gears, adjust for this also to keep the speedo accurate, and if you have an A4, firm up those shift points, delete skip shift, delete rear o2's, delete AIR, delete torque management, etc

Where do I go to get this done or can I buy one of those tuners that will do it for me?

call up Sean at Fastech. He's a great tuner and i think closer to you. If you plan on getting a cam later, id wait on that. They're usually pretty good on pricing for what you need done. I dont believe you need a full dyno tune.
