tar on rims

Ok so i apparently have some tar or some black stuff that will ot come off the rim. is there anything you guys know of that could get it off with out hurting the rim?

You can use a wax tar and grease remover on them. It is safe on paint so I would guess you could use it on rims.

Also you could try some WD-40 or minerial sprits......:yup:
