polished headlights?

my headlights are starting to haze over. does anyone know the best kind of polish or treatment?

i just did this yesterday to a car i picked up.

i wet sanded them with 800 grit then 1000 grit then used Mequirs Plastx and buffed the hell out of them.

made a major difference, they look brand new.
