My car is almost all stock i have some air intake and a cut out exhaust and my car is a 6 speed. But when i launch i launch at around 2000 RPM and for some reason i get alot of wheel hop and the ass end of my car shakes and rattles..

Is that normal for not having any suspension mods?

and i have heard that sub frame connectors and a aftermarket torque arm are what is needed to eliminate that. any sujestions?

Thanks.

I have bmr subframe connectors, aftermarket torque arms and bmr traction bars. Mine hops when it is about to break traction but doesn't. Put your car in reverse and rev it to where it is just about to powerbrake to see what I am talking about.

Get the Hotchkis lower control arms, Random Technology adjustable torque arm with 2-3 degrees pinion angle and QA-1 adjustable shocks. You will be fine.

Cut and pasted this from a post of mine on tech:
To fix wheel hop I would do the following, in order:
1) Check tires/wheels for flatspots or bends. (not a likely cause, but it's free and easy to check)
2) Poly Transmission mount (it will probably solve most of it if you've still got the rubber factory POS in there)
3) Boxed/Tubular Lower Control Arms
4) Torque Arm (Adjustable since you're lowered)
5) Shocks if it's not fixed by then.

With those bigger tires, you not only have more grip, but you also have more mass which generates more momentum when the wheels start hopping, making it feel a lot worse. Mine had REALLY bad wheel hop on the 1-2 shift and I replaced the torque arm, LCA's and Panhard bar, only to find that a $20 poly transmission mount fixed it almost completely.

All my suspension stuff is RPM Speed stuff. It's cheap and it works fine for me.

Lower Control arms from Hotchkis pan hard rod and sub frame conectors will do the trick.
