stock i-pipe size

dumb ? I know, but what size is our stock pipe size? I have loudmouth and wanna replace the resonator with a muffler. I thought it was 3.5" but SLP lists it as 3"

Loudmouth is the same size as stock piping right? I just need to know what I size inlet/outlet I need. I like the loudmouth/mac mids/ory, but it is just stupid loud. Gotta grow up sometime as much as I hate to
