Volant CAI & SLP hood

Has anyoen on here tried putting one on their SLP HO ram air hood?

Im in the process of getting mine painted and cant install mine to see. But I had someone say that they dont THINK it will fit. I thought with trimming of the air box and sealing with the foam trim they supply we could make it fit any hood haha ;)

Anyways, anyoen with experience with this set-up able to chime in?

Hey what's goin on? I have the SLP Ultra Z hood on my Camaro Z28 with a SLP Airbox and to tell you the truth they work pretty good together. As soon as you get up into higher speeds and start to cath more air you can feel it pull. after the hood was painted it installed pretty easy with no problems. Looks nice on my black Camaro. Kinda expensive but it was worth the money. Later....
