TIP question

my buddy has a dual set up on his v6 camaro he wants to know if 3in tips VS 2.5in will make any difference in exhaust sound?

yeah, it will make a difference but not much.

ANy time you go up with a bigger tip your going to get a added rumble. ANd 1/2inch in cicrumfrence is a big difference. ( WOW I CAN SPELL)

thanks, im not really keen on these things, im learning myself. I think he's trying to get a deeper exhaust note, so he was trying to go with bigger tips, maybe the bigger tips will solve the problem a little

If he wants a deeper tone, tell him to ditch the '6' and get a V8... :)
