I need input on the Procharger LS1 products. Does anybody here have their P-1SC kit with either the 5psi or 7 psi pulley? Also what other mods do you have done to your vehicle? What kind of rear wheel horsepower numbers are you putting down? Does anyone have their D-1SC kit with the 8 psi pulley? What other mods do you have done to your vehicle? What kind of rear wheel horsepower numbers are you putting down with this kit? Where can I get these brand new kits from for the most reasonable price? Both of these kits will be the tuner only kits. Please do not include Superchargersonline as one of your answers. Thanks ahead of time for any of your input.

D1SC is the way to go plenty of room to grow, vs the P1SC. I would recommend 60# injectors vs the 42#,s.

I'm a Californian so I need to stick with the P1SC. I purchased everything from Bob at Exotic Performance Plus and he is very knowledgable, but I do have to recommend Wendy and Scott at SD-Concepts (SDCE (http://www.sd-concepts.com/cart/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=49_7)). I got their spring tensioner system and it is far superior to the stock ATI one. I had the ATI 8# system (my car is stock internals) and made around 6# boost on the dyno. Then I installed the SDCE spring tensioner with .375 pulley and made 9# boost. Also with the SDCE system, the annoying rattle sound mostly went away. With my current set up I make over 450RWHP. Check my sig for details.
618Hawk: Nice stuff on your ride. You're definitely puttin' out the power. :burnout:

We came up with 447rwhp and 420 rwtq with mine. There was some problems with the FMU, so we ditched it and went with a custom tune.

im very interested in the SDCE tensioner you are talking about. i think most of the rattle on the procharger setup is due to the tensioner pulley system they have. do you have any pics of your belt-pulley system? which exact tensioner are u using? thanx

I also bought mine from Bob and use the SDCE tensioner. Great stuff.
And go with the D1 if you can. I will be upgrading to a D1 eventually.

Your right, the tensioner does create most of that noise.:growl: You should definitely contact Wendy at SD-Concepts (http://www.sd-concepts.com/cart/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=49_7_39&zenid=c0cf0f21a0352918fd90370dc5789652)(SDCE).:thu mbup: I don't have any pictures of my setup but I made a link on their name. Click on it and it will take you to their website. They have alot of good pic's and info. I have the 8 rib set up and recommend it in order to avoid belt slippage. Wendy can tell you everything you will want to have including the correct pulley size for whatever boost you want to get.

I ran an 8lb. D1 set up on my old motor and dyno'd 490 RWHP with a cam and bolt ons. I am now building a 408 with an 8 rib 15lb. set up. Does anyone know where I can get the intercooler and elbows to change over to the front mount intercooler set up? Thanks.
