How hard is it to swap throttle bodies?? I mean after i pull the lid off as one peice what else has to be done. and how do u disconnect the throttle cable. How long will the swap take?? And is this a good mod.

If you don't have either, Forced induction, a stroker or a big ol' cam, i would put the money elsewhere. LS1 TB's are pretty big stock, and will hold alot of power.

Its pretty easy. You lift the throttle cable up and it should pop out. Then just unbolt throttle body, but make sure you don't get any dust or other crap in the engine while swapping them.

Its easy, I used the instructions from www.installuniversity.com. Piece of cake!

it's pretty simple....pull everything that's hooked to it off with a rag under it to catch coolant. Put new one on and hook all the hoses and throttle/cruise cable back on....
