Has anyone used or heard of Meguires "Clear Coat Scrub"?
I thought I saw a thread about (can't remember where) a black Camaro being done with it and it looked pretty good. Looked at the auto parts place today but nothing. I just want to know what it would do.
Thanks

ThanksIt was probably me. I helped a friend of mine detail his black 99 WS6 this past weekend. This stuff works real well. It was my friend's wax.
Having seen first hand what the paint looked like before, and then after, it just blew me away. Just about a good reputable brand of wax cleaner, will do just as goodl. One favorite of mine is the S100 Paint Cleanser Lotion.

Thanks for all the replies. I would like to try it if I can find it. I will keep looking. I have been using Meguires products for years and have never seen this one yet.
BTW Justin, I have been looking at the Tropi-care website and I'm thinking about it. Lots of nice products.
I want something to get my WS6 to really gleam (its Pewter). Mine looks pretty good but I have seen some Pewter TA's and Camaros that really give off an amazingly deep shine. Thats what I want!
Thanks for all the help.

Thanks for all the help.If you want some nice shine and gloss, you need to prep your paint first. Meguiar's carry some nice products. I was searching for the Meguiar's Clear Coat Scrub, but couldn't find any at the stores I went to. I may have to ask my friend to see where he got it. I did see some Meguiar's Step 1 Cleaner Wax. That will do the same job, then you can polish, and wax with the 1-2-3 Step products.
