ok so i am driving home from work and i see these lights chase me down so i was like sweet the first real race in the ls1 so we fly past each other we just were not on the same page. So i pass him and let off the gas thats when he punch's it and trys to get the hole shot so drop back down to 3rd he got about 1 car in front before i caught him and past him by 120. so i turn down this road and he flahes his lights so i stop and he wanted to go from a dig i said lets do it we take off my wheels spinning like crazzy(side by side) aftear i hit second gear it was game over by third i was about 4 cars on him shut down about 80 we stop and talked he was amazed :thinkin: he didnt know that ls1 were that fast. Handed him his fist ass spanking by the ls1 :Patriot: He had a 2001 GT with exhaust

When I first got my 99 Z28, one of the guys I worked with had an old run down 87GT. He came up to me one day and said, "what is that a 305?" LOL.

what does it take to bet the 03-04 cobras cause that is what i hope to do. theres this one around town but i dont wanna roll up to him and bow down. i need more mods. all i have is loud mouth exhaust, any suggestions

On the Buick board they have what's called a 12 Sec. recipe and it's a list of mods and other things to do to get your car to run 12's. I don't know if they have something like that on this board. However, even with a 12 Sec. car, I would still be wary of the 03-04 Cobra. Iv'e seen them run high 11's with few mods.

I beat a 01-02 Mustang GT with exhaust in my 05 Cobalt SS Supercharged. There not that fast. Good Kill. I miss my Cobalt

its not like that at all we use that expression at work because we have alot of teen kids that work there and when they get fired there moms can in trying to get there jobs back. So there mom takes the boy in his room and spanks his ass AKA (poo-poo)

I agree, it was a 4.6 GT with an exhaust, no surprises there.

get ur self lt headers, some good drag radials, a decent cam or u could use a lil shot of some happy juice and you'll be takin them cobras
