View Full Version : Ram Air Hoods?

Hey guys, Im kind of new to the aftermarket on FBodies and I was wondering where I could find an aftermarket ram air hood for a 98 T/A. Preferably the WS6 hood, but any ram air is good. Thanks. :)

You can get a WS6 hood from LMPerformance, Thunder Racing, any of the sponsors listed. Theiy're usually made by ASCD or suncoast creations

Has anyone had any problems with the SLP Ram air hood?

No problem with the SLP hood here, although mine is a 97, I imagine the quality with the 98+ is fairly consistant also. I'm satisfied I went with SLP.

I have a '99 T/A, installed a SLP Firehawk hood. The installation required alteration of the front facia. I had the work done by a body shop. I am very satisfied with the new appearance of my '99 Bird.
