I'm having a hard time deciding which catback to get. I've heard that the Magnaflow is a great catback, and so is the Hooker, but is the Loudmouth II alot more refined sounding than the older Loudmouth I? I'm having LTs and a ORY installed soon, and wanted a very mean sounding exhaust catback to compliment everything. Thanks.

LM might be too loud for you with LT's and ORY....i'd say go LM II which is still gonna be loud. If money's not an option...and you want a very good sounding, loud catback get GMMG or Stainless Works chambered catback.

M6 or auto? I wouldn't put a LM on an auto if I were you. Too much drone. I have the LM1 on my 2000 SS and I love being heard down the street. People actually get startled when I start the car in a parking lot. It's freakin great. Really I don't think it's bad on the highway either. It's definitely a rumble that makes you feel like you got somethin. But I'm the type who likes to listen to the engine go thru gears instead of the radio.

Ummm... I haven't heard a LM1 with LT's and an ORY. I know with the T-tops on, the interior ehaust note can be loud to an average person with my SS. LM1 is NOT a refined chambered exhaust sound. You can't compare it to flowmaster or GMMG. The resonator is straight thru. There is no chambers or dampening. When you run thru the gears hard it sounds just awesome.
