Dunno.. making right turn.. engine died... started up again.. went to get on highway.. engine bogged down no throttle response.. got off freeway and stopped at the top of a bridge... engine RPM's sub 500 when engine starts.
The check engine light came on... after a while of sitting tried to start the car again... sub 500 rpms again... check engine light on... and low fuel idiot light on.
Please tell dont' lecture me if it is the fact I ran out of gas... all I know is the car died on me b4 when I had gas in the same fassion... I'm hoping it's just out of gas.

Exhuast Gas R something lol... recirculator or rerouter maybe? *shrug*
It's an emissions control device that reroutes some of your exhuast back into the intake to help reduce the emissions of nitrogen compounds (Nox) by making avilable more carbon dioxide in the combustion reaction.

Now why would I want something like that on my car... :hmm: I think I have some surgery to perform on my car soon.

I suggest you hook it up to some scannin software of some sort and see what codes it's throwing. Rather than just guessing on what it could be. I'm surprised noone has brought up the opti yet. But anyways. get it scanned and find out what codes it's throwing.. so you know what to fix.
