Where to find a license plate filler

Where is a good place to find a Black front license plate filler for a '98 trans am?

I would rather not have to fuss with getting it painted black, and so far all I've found is random colored fillers on ebay that would have to be repainted or new primered ones. Does anyone sell them pre-painted?

Im sure if you look around at junkyards they you could probably find one, and im sure it would be cheap. Im not sure of anyone that sells them pre-painted though

Can anyone tell me how you remove the license plate filler from the front bumper?
