It was your thread that inspired me to post this one, Baconmach:) . My car is staying stock, but I'm sure there are some cars on here with stories of highway pulls against 911's and xk8's and m3's, you know semi-exotics, not murcielago or veyron, lol.:beer:

sorry....... well then pretty much all of the bmw's you have a shot at.........the 395hp z8, m5 and 330 hp m3....you should be set on.....and maybe some of the amgs......but i think all of those or most are deep into the 12s...

the most beautiful of the very few deaths i have taken was to a local millionaire's mcClaren f1. it really didnt count as a race simply because of the stupidity of me attemting this feat. i have never seen a display of power so great in my life. the sound was terrifying. when he took off i couldnt hear my car, even with the cutout open! he spun the tires thru the first 3 gears and then chirped 4th pretty good and hammered it for about 5 sec and coasted. when i caught up to him at the next red light he told me he "only got up to 135". no matter what i do in my life i must drive one of those before i die. but anyways, i knew the guy b/c i had done some work on his house a few weeks earlier and we got to talking about cars. turns out he is a really cool guy and owns his own shop/warehouse of exotic cars such as an enzo, 360 modena, f50, mcClaren f1, 1400hp alcohol fuled 64 corvette, circle track race cars, a lamborgihni diablo which was recently destroyed when he let a police officer drive the car to show it to his son. He let his son drive for some stupid reason. got it a lil to fast, hit a curb at 160 fliped it, landed in a ditch upside down and both were burned beyond reccognition. i am not bowing smoke up anyone's ass here, this guy's name is carty beal and he owns "God is awesome Racing" here in midland tx. my friend is one of his mechanics and he told me beal is placing an order for a bugatti veyron. dont belive me? the oil bussiness is what runs this town, if this dude was rich at $30 a barrel oil he's livin wealthy at $70 a barrel! ill post a pic of his enzo outside his shop... but that mcClaren was amazing. he took me for a ride in his enzo about a year ago, he never got on it but it was an ammazing experience just riding in it, the damn thing had air ride suspension from the factory so it could go over speed bumps and up driveways! i want to be 'wealthy' now!:lol:

yeah but i dont think you would "get out" after hitting a curb at 160 and flipping about 5 times then landing on your roof in a drainage ditch no matter what you were driving! not to mention catching fire, but yeah i agree with you, it's not a great design...

i've taken down a viper with a paxton and 100 hp n2o at the track. then again, it's more of the viper not having the proper driver mod installed. at that time, i had slp airlid, bassani tru-duals, 3.23 gears and stock converter with a 200 (136 rwhp) shot of n2o. the guy with the viper couldn't break into the 11s.

Never had the chance to run a real exotic, I wouldn't win anyways, but it'd be fun.

LOL, no cheating here. The short races are usually due to being on the street, traffic, but I make sure we both know who won before I shut down, traffic permitting. Those roll races may have been a little longer than I said. It all happens so fast it's hard to tell. The Z06 I have no clue how I beat because I shouldn't have, but I did, three times. He may have been in the wrong gear. And the NSX was probably more like two car lengths now that I think about it. I wish I could have run all those cars longer and faster, but usually the street doesn't allow the opportunity.

I wouldn't exactly call it exotic, but I killed a '04 Saleen Twice that had the supercharger. Made some mod money off him and his lil friend who blew up his motor in his Neon SRT

Couple of M3's, Boxter S's, and a 1999 911 with a bad driver. All of those were people I know. There are very few cars here that are more exotic than a Toyota...

EDIT: Beat a Cayenne turbo once too, if that counts...

I pulled a newer 911 in my 02' Z28 from 50 to 110 on the causeway leading off of the Island I live on.

I put maybe 2 lengths or so on him. It ran stornger than I expected.

There is a bunch of shit in my neighborhood. Within a few blocks there is a Ford GT, a new Z06, and a first gen Viper with a very annoying owner who drives around throwing revs at anything remotely sporty and won't return waves.

I can't do much about the GT or Z06, but I'm going to destroy that first gen Viper the minute I catch him out slipping...

This isn't a kill story, but it's an "owned" story.

I was BBQ'ing in the back yard one day, when I looked over the privacy fence and across the vacant lot behind me.

At the house behind us there was a family reunion or some shit going on which a bunch of folks standing around in the front yard like they were waiting on something.

"Something" showed up in the form of an old dude in a brand new bright yellow Viper.

He pulls up and the crowd gathers around drooling over it.

He loads up a passenger, backs out and does a full on launch right in the middle of the street.

He gets down the road, loses it on a curve, spins it over a curb, and into a sandy vacant lot burying the motherfucker.

I couldn't believe my luck.

I got in my Jeep and cruised down there, pulling right up next to him.

He was freaking out, and his family was showing up freaking out as well.

He wanted to know if I could pull him out.

I told him "I would love to, but I don't want to get into any shit with the rental company if I fuck it up."

He was so god damned mad he didn't know what to do. I drove off while he was telling me he paid cash for it or some shit...
