WS6 vs 5.0

Me and my buddy have been thinking about racing but havent gotten around to it yet. I have a 2001 WS6 all stock but flowmaster exhaust and K&N.
My friend has a 91 5.0 mustang with valve covers, headers, bored block, exhaust, intake, and cam.

Who would win between us two?

Why don't ya'll go race and then you tell us. We really can tell you without knowing how mild/extreme your buddy's 5.0 is.
