Is the A4 really faster than a M6

When my 2004 GTO a4 was stock the best I could run was 13.93 totally stock are you guys tell me the manual is not faster than that. Or am I not doing somthing right should my car been faster.

I dont necessarily think they are faster. They just turn a better time in the 1/4 because there is much less human error involved in the shifting and launching.
Your time sounds real close to what most 04 GTOs are running stock.
I ran a 13.83 bone stock in my 04 I got rid of. After DRs New Era Intake, SLP loudmouth and skidplate removal I squeaked out a 13.5x @ 102.xx.

if your good at stick youll run better times but the thing that matters the most is your luanch most poeple wait till the green you should deep stage and launch on the last yellow cause it will change before most people can get off the line:burnout:

I needed a pickup and I already have a trans am. It was an A4.

When I first got my O4 A4 it only ran 14.7s at 99mph. Its best to this point is 13.2 at 106 after assorted bolt ons. There a M6's doing that stock.
