How did you go about talking to them?
Did they take care of it?

i'm a little more lax i guess. really depends on how bad it is. if it's a tiny little ding, i let it go. it'll get some of those just going down the road with debris hitting it. if it's pretty bad, we discuss it nicely.

Brand new wheel. Hasn't even been on the car yet. It wouldn't be a big deal on the stockers.

yeah, i'd have an issue with that. looks like they didn't use the plastic guard on the shoehorn. i own an alignment/suspension shop, so i know about those wonderful little plastic guards.

They are gonna fix it no cost. Figured as much.

They also found me a set of Nitto 315's. YEY!!
