4.56 or 4.11?

I have a 98 A4 with 80k miles. Car will have lt headers, lid, ls6 intake and a 3800 stall. What gears would be best for a daily driver? 4.11 or 4.56? What would my RPMs be at with each at 60-70mph? What gas mileage do you all see with these gears?

My brother has 4.10's and a high stall in his car, says he wished he would've gone no higher than 3.73, but that's just him. to top it off, with what you are looking to do, youre going to need a 12 bolt rear.
