Need advice

Well I know im new but thought I might throw some ideas out there to you guys and see what response I get. I was thinking about putting a rear mount turbo on my vehicle up untill today. Now im thinking of going with hooker headers, true duals, some new heads and def a new clutch. The reason for this is b/c after I get the rear mount turbo on it seems like I will have to base all of my other mods around the turbo. But if I do these smaller mods and then maybe go with a s/c after I get a new rear end and cam, with the other mods I listed it seems like a better set up. Also it seems like turbos have much more problems then s/c's. Please let me know what you think. My car is bone stock and I belive the clutch is going out.

i like the sts turbo.
most guys go with a heads/cam set up because its cheaper than getting a s/c or turbo.
i would do the cam before the heads.

I would go with a cam,ls6 intake and a full exhaust. You will see some nice improvements.
