window motor/ regulaor

any one replace a motor/ regulator on a 99 Trans AM? I looked at the sticky tghread aand did no good. Doent even look the same. My entire door is sheet metal not plastic likethe thread. Is it the same, or more difficult?

you have a 99ta with metal doors?if you do please take some pictures to prove it.i've changed quite a few in 99 ta's,its very easy using the online guides.

unless im mistaken there is no plastic, i got all cut trying to feel the regulator, I'll try to take some pics tomarrow. All the rivets are exposed and loose. the whole shell flexes when the window reaches the end of its travel.
