Hello All,
I'm a n00b with a nitrous bottle mounting question.
I'm helping my brother install an NX Wet system in his 01 LS1 firebird, and we want to mount the bottle in the middle rear seat section.

I was wondering if there were any obstacles to be wary of when we drill the mounting holes. I.E. Fuel lines..brake Lines. etc

Please go easy on me. I dont know a whole lot on FBodys.

Thanks in advance.

Like this....

I used 2" aluminum flat stock I picked up at Home Depot. Then used existing holes under the rear seat for the front bar and the seatbelt bolts for the rear bar.
If you decide to do it this way you won't have to drill any holes through the car. But, the front requires some odd bends.

Here's a link to the rest of the article. It's got a few pics of the rest of the system. http://gmhightechperformance.com/features/0209gmhtp_plano/
