what can i use to polishing up Borla Exhaust Tips? Mine are completely covered with crud and don't look anything like this picture....

I use Gords Aluminum Polish (http://www.gordsaluminumpolish.com/) on mine. But I dont know how bad yours are.

Use Castrol Super Clean first. Spray it on, wait 2 minutes and rinse. Then polish them using you favorite product.

Agreed--I just used it on my tips--they look better than when I took them out of the box! :yup:

yeah, my tips are pretty trashed...is it worth trying to take them off and soaking them or something? might be a lot easier to get to all the little nitty-gritty things....thanks for all the input!

I've been using eagle one never dull on my wheels and tips for about 9 months, and i love it.

I agree with the Eagle One-Never Dull-it can clean up some corroded stuff but it takes some elbow grease

If they are really crappy you can use a wheel brush on them.
Powerball works wonders too. That thing is a gift from God.

i have never tried powerball but ive heard good things....i am a polishing expert i have polished stuff from superchargers, intercoolers, throttle bodies, wheels, even a transmission bellhousing....i used to used nothing but mothers when ifirst started out.....then i starting making my own polish like the truckers do

you can get it from a web site.Not sure if it`s ok to list Do a search on motorcycle lifts wham bam and it`ll pop up.Nothing works better or easier.As long as you can get a rag on them this stuff will clean them.Where can we get that bitchin WS666 badge?

i used mothers or this turtlewax polishin compound... basicly whatever is in there that seems to be good for me

they have infomercials for flitz on some channels, but you can get it at places that sell grills (i.e. home depot, lowes hardware, ace hardware, etc.)

ive been starting to use the mr.clean magic eraser on my rims and slp dual dual style tips, then some mothers polish
