my insurance company keeps on giving me my insurance card and it says
1999 camaro z28/ss.....why is it doing this?!!!!!!!!!

Mine just says Z28. The vin reads Z28, SS was an option. And I know mines real since it has the WU8 and Y2Y in the door jam!

Im with GEICO, and they have mine listed as Z28/SS. I asked them about it and they said that premium is the same for both...

I have State Farm and they actualy charge more for the SS package (so i just registered it as a z28)

In the insurance business it just means either/or, just a listing for them.

but when i search my vin it is a camaro z28/IROC.... its a 2000 SS.
and another site said camaro z28/SS

in California its just Z28....
are they charging you more? (for it saying SS)

There isn't very much work done to my car yet, and there are alot of really nice cars on this forum.
