ok has anyone had a problem with the remote starter feature...heres mine for some reason when i use the remote starter the running lights dont turn on anymore execpt for the front turn signals ,but the fog lights side markers and tail lights dont come on anymore...they work fine when the car goes into normal mode (like when u insert the key and hit the brake to take it off starter mode)...any ideas on how to fix this .im sure its simple

Remote start was not available on Fbodies factory, it has to be aftermarket, unless you're just talking about keyless entry or something.

ok well if it is an aftermarket does anyone know what could cause this issue?

I would check the make of your car starter and then perhaps contact the company for advice, or even perhaps a shop that installs them and is very familiar with them and just ask and see if they have a clue. I myself have never had a vehicle with a remote start, so I can't really say for sure. Check with the manufacturer.
