Cat-back question

i have a hooker catback and i want to take it off, everything all the way to the stock y pipe. will that be fine? or will the y pipe bang around?

keep that cat back on there and put a cutout with a opener in the I-pipe before the axle thats what I did and now I can change the sound with the flip of a switch

:iagree: When I installed My ORY I forgot to tighten the passenger side bolts and when I started the car my wife said that inside the house sounded like a helicopter was landing. It was abnoxiously loud! Do the cutout that way you can avoid cops riding on your a@#!

i have a cutout now... love the sound, ive also had the cat-back off before and it wasnt any louder then my cutout. i need to take the cat-back off b.c i want to polish it and my ss is my daily driver.
