Power Top Problem

Well, my 2002 fianlly has a top problem. I lowered it saturday morning and went to raise it and nothing. The motor goes down but will not go up. I turned the shut off in the trunk off so I could manually raise it.

My question is where is the opening back there that I can put in more mineral oil and how much do I put in it?

I had noticed it wqs getting sluggish after the last 4 years of use.

Never thought of that, that wuold make sense of it it quitting just at the drop of a hat like that.

Is there any way to test for it or best just to buy a switch?
