What happened?

Tonight we put the Superchips Micro Tuner, that came with my supercharger kit, on my buddies 98 a4 Z28. Well the car did not accept the power tune the idle was completeiy f**cked up so we put the stock tune back in the car. Well then that when we ran in to the major problem the car stays in drive it will not shift into overdrive it also will not downshift to D1 or D2 even at a complete stop. You can manuely put the car in D1 but not D2 an OD does not work at all. What in the world happened? Do you guys have any ideas what we can do? PLEASE HELP!!!

We had a major brain fart. We used a programmer that was set up for a M6 on an A4 an it loaded the setting for the M6 in the A4. Hawks Performance reflashed the ecm this morning an it is good as new.
