Cut-out questions????

:help: Does anyone know if cut-outs are able to pass on the California Emissions test??? My gf bought an exhaust without telling me and of course she got the Flowmaster 80 series put on, so now im gonna weld on a cut-out for her, but i want to make sure that they are able to pass California Emissions testing. If anyone on here in the Sacramento are knows of any places that wont look please let me know.:help:

If its not open it shouldnt be a problem. Unless it leaks.
