Ls6 tuneing

OK...i just swaped my ls1 heads and cam for an ls6 heads and cam......the car idles right but when u give it gas and let go of the throttle it boggs and struggles to stay on.....does that mean it needs a tune....it has no vacuum leaks...what do u guys think.....
