I got some B&M Trick Shift at Advance Auto. Pretty cheap for a synthetic.

I heard mostly bad things about synthetics so I bought some mobile atf D/M for under $3 a quart. I will say changing the fluid is a total bitch and adding a $7 drain plug is worth it.

dexron VI here. replaces dexron III and i can tell you from personal experience that the transmission shifts so much better with the 6 than it did with the 3. its smoother and quicker and less clunky.
