shift issue

car is a 96 ws6 formula with an auto trans... it shifts fine... unless you floor it then it doesn't want to shift it just screams as its redlining... doesn't matter if the performance button is illuminated or not...

Stupid question but is the fluid level right? If your just a bit low it will shift fine at low RPM but when you stomp on it, it wont shift...
