Need a Shop in houston!!

OK I am having transmission problems I took it into a general shop to have them look at it they said that the Throw out bearing and clutch are fine and that I have internal Transmission Problems (I have a M6) Does anyone know of a good shop that is on the south side of houston that can rebuild a transmisson? I dont have $3000 to throw in for a new tanny so I need to get a rebuilt one!

Look in the yellow pages under transmissions; I think they are called Macks or Mcafee... anyway they are off Cullen and 610. All they do is standards and transfer cases. Had 'em rebuild a 4 speed out of a 3/4 ton GMC, good work good guys.

don't let anyone perform a free inspection...They will rip your tranny apart, and if you decide not to have it worked on, they'll give you a box of parts and send you packing!
