C5 Corvette vs new Camaro SS

This race has not happend yet for me, but I see these new maros more and more. I have came across them in my Explorer, but not the vette yet. I am bound to run into one with the Vette sooner or later. I am thinking I might lose.

I have a 99 hardtop vette m6 with borla stingers and a haltech cai, thats it.

Antone have any prdictions? Will this be a kill story or a death story? The stats on paper seem pretty close.

On Youtube, MotorTrend (yes, I know, they suck at driving) just got a 12.9 out of a new SS.

They are def 12 second cars if driving and conditiosn are right. The weigh no more than the ls2 GTOs and people have hit 12s in those stock with less power.

I was thinking it would be a drivers race. I will have to see them in action. Still to new to have much of a reputation.
