Stock ls1 Camaro vs modded 5.0?

Hi, I am asking this for a friend who has a camaro he wants to race a 5.0 mustang with headers, mild cam, exhaust and intake do you guys think he will win or loose?

forgot to add camaro is an a4 and 5.0 is a manual.

5.0's have a little more than people think, ive been taken by 1. he clamed he only had intake exhaust and a rear, but i think he had a pretty slopy idle for just that.

the A4's are supposed to be a lil quicker, seems to me last time i raced by buddies A4 camaro it freakin never ran out of second gear, and from about 40 on he started pulling on me.

I hope my buddy wins because the d-bag with 5.0 talks alot of shit. He says his car runs a 12.1 which hopefully is a lie.

Most 5.0's are slow as hell even after bolt-ons. You will rarely run into the ones that are modded to hell or modded properly. You can normally spot those from a mile away.
