Grind when shift into third

01 WS6, I have a slight grind when I shift into third...especially when under hard acceration, I have 80,000 on the car. Let me know how much longer I can expect before I lose third gear or more???

I forgot to mention that this gentlemen is lazy.....

Well admitting it is the first step to cure. The 3/4 clash & jump out issues are known to be rooted in the aluminum fork. There is an iron replacement. If you allow clashing and jumpout to continue, you will also need to replace the gears( $$$)- I would not wait.
