Th400

have any one of you guys used it ?
and do you think it's good for street using ?

i personally dont have one, but i can tell you that they can hold alot of power, and are much cheaper to build and rebuild to hold more power then a 4l60e

i eilive that you need a custom mounting plate to match te bolt holes in the bellhousiing the to holes in the block, and you might need a custom driveshaft made, and a custom shifter, and you lose overdrive, so its like driving around with your 4l60 in 3rd all day.

if its a weekend cruiser, or street/strip car, then I would totally put a Th400 in, but if is driven daily, or alot of street time, then I would be kinda weary.

i don't really drive it daily not even every weekend that's why i was thinking of having one thanks for the info man
