1.8 rockers and Longtubes

how much more would my rev limit be raised? so i would expect an extra 10rwhp with the crane 1.8s on a stock heads/cam LS1?
if you have $1500, which would you do and why? 1.8 rockers or LTs?
anyone running 1.8 rockers with stock springs, stock heads,stock cam on their LS1? is it worth the money?

For that much money i would have a cam installed. Headers and a computer tune would give more HP than the rockers..... rockers are easier to install, but won't give much hp, new springs should be installed too. Rev limitor would be slighter higher maybe with new valve springs.

I'm not an expert but, these are things I have read before on different sites.
