Moser rear axle leak

hey guys i have a moser 12 bolt rear 33 spline with 373 gears. the problem i am having is it keeps leaking from the axle vent. there is a small valve that comes up from the driver side of the axle and i have added about 1 foot of hose to it with a factory vent attached to it and it just keeps leaking. any reason why i have so much pressure back there?

The ending point of the hose is ABOVE the tapped hole correct?

yea it is above it... i really have it up and near the fuel tank... thats how high i have it...
